📌 Overview

Account Settings in cofi.ai allow each user to manage their personal information, authentication options, and notification preferences.

These settings control how you sign in, how your name and profile appear to others, and how you’re alerted to workspace activity.

While Workspace Settings apply globally, Account Settings are user-specific — ensuring everyone can personalize their own experience within the same shared environment.

✏️ What You Can Manage

Category Description
Profile Information Update your name, profile photo, and contact email.
Security & Authentication Manage passwords, two-factor authentication (2FA), and connected sign-in methods.
Notifications Choose how and when you receive alerts from cofi.ai.
Preferences Set language, theme, and other personal display options.

⚙️ Accessing Your Account Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of any cofi.ai screen.
  2. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Use the tabs to navigate between Profile, Security, Notifications, and Preferences.
  4. Click Save Changes after each update.

💡 Tip: Changes apply immediately to your account but do not affect workspace-wide settings or other users.
