The Data Overview and History tabs in cofi.ai provide visibility into the health, structure, and activity of your databases and data sources.

These views help you track imports, monitor processing status, and verify that data is updating correctly across your workspace.

Together, they form the foundation for ongoing data management — giving teams both a snapshot of current data and a record of its evolution over time.

📊 Data Overview Tab

The Overview tab displays a high-level summary of your active data, allowing you to quickly confirm that information is loading and processing as expected.

🔑 Key Functions

• ✅ Data Preview: Displays a sample of your database’s rows and columns.
• 📅 Timestamps: Shows when the database or source was last created, updated, or reprocessed.
• ⚙️ Status Indicators: Signals current data health:
  • Green (OK): Successfully processed
  • Yellow (Warning): Partial data or schema mismatch
  • Red (Error): Failed upload or connection issue
• 🔍 Filtering and Search: Quickly locate records or dimensions within your preview.
• 📤 Export Options: Download a CSV sample for offline validation.
