Once a dashboard is created, you can share it with colleagues, leadership, or external stakeholders — giving them direct visibility into the insights that matter most.

🧩 Ways to Share a Dashboard

cofi.ai supports three main methods for sharing dashboards:

1. 👥 Workspace Access – Share directly with users who already belong to your workspace.
2. 🔗 Shareable Links – Generate a secure link for viewers outside your workspace (if enabled).
3. 📤 Exports and Snapshots – Download or schedule reports for offline sharing or presentation use.

⚙️ Sharing Within a Workspace

1. Open the Dashboard Settings

• Navigate to the dashboard you want to share.
• Click the ⋯ (More Options) menu in the top-right corner.
• Select Share Dashboard.

• In the share window, search for users by name or email.
