Sharing and Permissions in cofi.ai let you control who can view, edit, or collaborate on dashboards, models, and data sources.
These controls make it possible to collaborate securely — giving teammates access to what they need, while keeping sensitive data protected.
Permissions combine workspace-wide roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) with item-level sharing settings, giving teams flexible but governed collaboration.

💡 Tip: Each shared item inherits base permissions from your workspace role — Admins can share anything; Editors can share items they’ve created.
Navigate to the Dashboard, Model, or Database you’d like to share.
In the upper-right corner, select Share.
A sharing panel will appear showing current collaborators.
